    Latest Z picked up.

Well after a 13 hour trip to Atlanta and back I came home with my latest Z. I am not real sure it is worth what I payed but it will be good to be back on three wheels. Its got Douglas redlabels all the way around and semi-new tires, love the Titans, thinking of getting a set for the 400EX now. Got some cheap spacers behind the rims and several small bugs to work out but it starts on teh first kick every time.

    The as yet unidentified pipe.

The previous owner was nice enough to hack up a good headlight bezel to install the temp gauge.

Not a bad looking start. Too bad about the head light assembly though.

It happens, just glad to get the rims and tires in that good of shape and a motor that starts on the first kick. Even if the motor does shake like a bed in a cheap motel, its runs so that is a good start. The lights dont work however and will need to be troubleshot when I get back in from this hitch.

What makes you say it is an 85 1/2? Not being a butt, just curious. I thought it may have been a Klemm to till I looked at the sections that are between the mount and the exhaust flange. His was all sectional in between, mine is stamped and starts sectional right before it makes it to the mount. I dont knwo what kind of pipe it is but man does it have a nice growl to it. I am thinking of switching it out with my stocker and seeing how much of a difference it actually makes. I may actually put it up for sale, or maybe for trade, there are a couple things that I need to get both of mine running again.

I was told mine is a cobra pipe, and it does not look like that one.The cobra from what I have and have been told resembles the stock pipe almost 100%That is the way mine looks.

Well I cant believe that it is worth $450, thats half of what I gave for the trike. I really just want to know who made it, and maybe a little later down the road I may get rid of it because I like the look of the stock pipe.
