Need help with a Suzuki ALT125 trike

I just scored an ALT125 from a gal who said her husband was just out riding it one day when it quit. I got it home and found no spark (he already had a new plug in it). Just wondering if these Zuks were notorious for a certain electrical component going bad or should I just start poking around with everything electrical? It's a 1984. Are these points or CDI? I only had a few minutes to look at it today. I don't know anything about the Zuks. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
