    350x chain/sprocket questions

    It's a 520/90 link chain stock right?

    Was stock gearing 13/40?

Here's the more important question. With a brand new stock length chain, is there enough slack to go up one tooth on the front sprocket or would I be better off going down a couple on the rear instead?

Gotta order a new chain and sprockets soon. Figured I'd compensate a little bit for the 20 inch tires.

It's quite a bit cheaper to order a 90 link from what I'm seeing.

Also, anybody use Primary Drive chains? Good? Bad? Stinky? Hard to beat the price. $36.52 for a 90 link O-ring.

Both primary drive chains and sprockets are good quality...I have them on multiple machines with great success. Love the price too!

Going up one tooth on the countershaft sprocket wont affect your stock chain length, there will still be enough slack. Its usually best to run a larger countershaft sprocket. One tooth on the front equals about 4 on the rear...
