I'm not sure about that.... Those triples have to be held in a milling machine and indicated in perfect. Most triples don't even have 1 flat spot that is either parallel or perpendicular to the original hole.
The mill would have to be set up for the bottom clamp and then the top. If they move the head, you'll have to pay the time they spend indicating it back in.
If you find an old school machine shop or have a buddie that will help you, the actual boring isn't a big deal. It's all the setup that costs the time and money....
