    Question hey big red guys.

Hey guys I got a 86 250es and Im looking for ways to get a little more power out of it. I put a set of 25x12.5x9 bear claws on the rear and she doesnt seem to like the weight of them. Just wondering if you guys had any advice on how to pump up the power. I was thinking maybe because its a older motor it might do it go to do a rebuild (higher compression pistion?) Im not looking so be a 200x or anything but a little more power to turn the bear claw would be great.

my 1985 big red works good with bear claws. its a work bike. the power is more for pulling not speed.i do know a guy that put a 250sx rear gears on a big red it made a difference with speed but it seemed to take more time to get there. other guys on this site may know more.
