Sorry For all the threads- 510 bigbore kfx help!

First of all, sorry for all the threads. But i really need help on this. I took my bike over to the local polaris dealer (i bought it used off them). They took apart my carb and took a look at the motor took it all apart and stuff. They said it was at least 500cc and the owner of the place said it had a 510 big bore on it. WTF. How can you fit a 510cc motor into a 400 frame,would that even work? It would have to have a good stroker kit im guessing? Anyways i think this is insane but i called the previous owner, and yes it does have a 510. That might explain why it is so much faster then the 450's around. But does anyone have any issues with this kit? It doesnt like to start very much thats my only problem, i might go trade the bike in for a outlaw 450 mx or possibly a trx450r but im getting a way better deal on the outlaw i think?

the thing is the outlaw is the best deal i can get. im interested in it no doubt but i wouldn't mind a new truck and since the kfx is all payed for im stuck with little options here. spend a year paying off the outlaw and not get a new truck or get a new truck now. and theres a real nice big block chevy an 84 i wanna buy for muddin.

does anyone know how good the outlaw is? I might be able to get the kfx450r but its not a good deal they will only give me $3000 for my bike, do the math thats a horrible deal. I payed $6000,its next to new.


I cant afford a ktm arnt they supposed to be like $13,500?

Why don't you part the bike out on FleaBay? Also your numbers in the first post don't match up, the Outlaw costs more but they only want your bike and 3 grand, and the TRX costs less and they want the bike and 4500.

go to www.z400central.com and talk to those guys from what they are saying a kfx 400 with the right mods will smoke a stock 450r and hang with a moded 450r they can help u with most problems

i know my numbers dont add up.
its my cousins who own the polaris dealer thats why,there giving me a really good deal on it.
i got a 2007 sportsman 500x2 and mudlites mounted on it for $7500. but we cut them good deals too.
