    My professional assessment of this tank is
    Rough Sanded, Spray Painted, and not buffed.
    If they were detailed enough to actually take a buffer to this tank they would have sanded the gouges out of the tank before hitting it with the spray bomb. Those marks you see are a rough sand to sand the dirt off it before they spray painted it. Thats how nice this tank is
