Both great bikes. I'm gonna have to say, it depends what kind of rider you are. The 250x is a 4-stroker with good torque and very reliable as all Honda's are. The Blaster is a 2-stroker and very reliable as well. The advantages to the Blaster are they are very easy to find parts for, especially Hop-ups. The Blaster can be a much faster bike than the 250x and at a low price. If your looking for a bike to race and to work up, I would go with the Blaster. If your looking for a bike to just kick and ride, go for the 250x.

Also the 250x is a bigger bike, stock Blasters have a little footprint. But, that's just a matter of a swing-arm extention and off-set rims.

    Hope this helps.

.. Thats funny, I dont recall asking anybody what they thought of it?. Hey listen any moron can go out and buy a brand new 300EX, it takes a real man with a little bit of skill and alot of passion to rebuild a 12 year old, basket case quad or trike. Try doing that first before you run your mouth. I've been a member and now a moderator of this board since it first started back in the late '90's, and in all those years, no matter how ugly or stupid I thought a quad or trike project looked to my eyes, I never have said anything but good things to people who spend the time, money and sometimes tears. People like that have my respect.

I was not saying it was a bad bike.. Just the plastic.. I dont really like the 300ex.. thats y i am tradeing it off for a shee. I respect that you put alot of time and money into your bike.. I was gonna build a blaster from a basket case but i never got it.. Now i am gonna start building up a 200x..... Why do you have such a attitude??

    I can relate to that...LOL

I'd get the 250X because its a little bigger and if you ever run out of power...just swap in a 350X engine. Its badass after that...then do some little mods and you wont be able to keep the front end on the ground. My brother has one like that and its awesome.

personally i would go with the 250X. they are reliable, and with a suppertrap exaust and a k&n filter they can really go. some of my friends have em, and they r very good quads.
