Nope, never seen anything like that before. Kinda cool though. Would be nice to have on a big red, say 82-84 hardtail. Or for that price, just store em to say you got some of "these"!!

yeah - dick cepek made the original 3 wheeler, buckshot mudders and wooly booger tires. Hot setup back in the day.
