will these shells work on a 200x 83-85?

go measure the distance between the front forks and ill go and compare it with my 250r...

the headlight uses 4 straps to strap to the forks unlike the 200x ones, but as long as the shell fits inbetween the forks you should be set.

I got your PM D! but im running a number plate and really dont like the look of the 85 shrouds so im saving up for the rear fenders.

im still a "maybe" guys. I for sure want 2 shrouds, but i just had my last day at this job and im starting my new job on wednesday the 2nd. It will probablly be a 3 weeks? maybe before i have steady income and can afford them. i wanted to pay a few weeks ago but had an un expected vet bill. I keep reminding myself about this order so i dont miss out......I hope i dont miss out, i already have front fenders and shrouds

Goat,the straps are still available OEM and On ebay.
You can get the shell,and straps.
But you will have to find the 85 R lense and wire up the bulb socket to fit the 200x.
I do not know if the 85 200x light lense was the same as a 85 250R.
I think the 85 R headlight lense/housing is discontinued.You would have to find one used .

I'd be interested but only if I could get the whole shootin match for mine which would be a 250sx rear, 200x or 250r front, and a 350x headlight shroud. What would that cost in diamonds? LOL seriously. IS it possible?

you would have to order 10 of everything before they would consider making them. This is all for the 85-86 250r's but you might be able to make it work on other machines. We have already got the front fenders and tank shrouds. Now we are going for the headlights and next is going to be the rear fenders.
