piston questions

alright my 200x has been a pain to start for bout the last 5 months but ive been so busy with work and all I havenet had time to rip into it, but yesterday I did a compression test and only came up with 50 psi, then I squirted some ild down the cyl and jumped up to almost 90 so I figure its time for new rings, but one of my qustions is do you think I can get away with just putting new rings on it, about a year ago I put a high comp piston in it, but its still on the factory bore, or should I punch it out a size bigger and go from there?

I would say punch it out alittle, it will freshen everything up in there then! should run like a top!
