    Started 250r project!

    What's surprise me was it wasn't package in anything, just the frame with clear tape covering the holes and holding the fedex papers on...

    I'll post pics soon, prolly after re-paint...looks so bad white.

    Yeah, I've had frames come in like that too. Funny thing is, the last time I went to ship a frame out ups, they wouldn't let me ship it like that.

    we ship all frames like that. UPS is really picky, they won't allow it, DHL dosen't care.

    DHL and FedEx will both ship frames without any packaging. I usually wrap frames in flexwrap though.

    wow, never had a frame shipped before but wish it was packaged or something. It looks good as far as no bends or anything, but the paint was spray painted on and is toast...So i just hit it will some flat black, it looks ok and will do until i have the money for PC.

    Now i have to wait for the rest of my stuff to come in.


    Allright came into my first snag..the forks I want to use..a 250r axle is too small. Any ideas?

    Allright I went a few days ago..(I'm slow on during things and shipping..figures lol) well I got a estimate on the fork project, it's going to be about 100 to bore the triples and no more then another 100 to make the axle.

    I also have triples and a gastank on the way. finally lol I hate getting outbidded on ebay at the last second. Hopefully this time I can win a 04-05 swingarm! I've been outbidded twice at the last second it sucks. I gotta post some more things to sell on thier to finace my project lol.

    Also, I took pics, but I forgot where I put my phone..(It's one of those pocket pc phones)

    Change the fork idea.. I'm now just going to use stock forks, and next summer do a USD project..

    Got a gastank and triples in today, and working on getting them nice and shiny.

    Yeap, and I will be posting pics asap! just watching some tv and eating dinner right now..I love french dip from arby's WOOT!

    the tank looks good, but not good enough I'm just going to wet sand it..and I will prolly polish the trips too.
