    ngk plugs

    well for the triz what are you guys running...i bought the race one i think stock is b8es should i run a colder one to help run it better...thx

    EDIT!!!!!!! woops...../ I tune on B8ES, and run B8EG.


    I dont run the one with the resistor. Nice and simple.

    b8es vs br8es = one has resistor
    on the s and the g difference = one is standard and one is racing

    Thats all I know as well. The G is for racing, and the S is standard, thats what "they" tell me.

    On another note, NEVER buy plugs from your power sports dealer. Head on down to your local autoparts store, you WILL save about half. Cycle shop up by me wants about $5 for each B8EG, Autozone likes about $2.

    I use the br8eg. I remember I had one plug that was called a ridium IX or something, that was like $6.00

    eg's have the electrode made from nickel and will melt well before your piston I run thoes in the drag bike..

    Lightbulb

    We got a small mom and pop shop here in my town. I pay the $5 per plug. Its good for suport because they are the only shop in town to carry 110 race gas for $8 a gallon. Everywhere els wants 9 or 10 bux. Plus their mechanic gives me lots of free advice. I run a standard plug with my bikes. I think the ceramic tips are shorter then the other and keep my engines running cool=smooth.
