thanx for nothing man!! Ive been driving my rought for 3 YEARS with anywhere between 1000 and 2000 miles every week with no accidents, well today it finally happend! guy started to pull out I moved to the left lane that was open he stoped then GUNED IT!! I WAS LIKE YOU STUPID MOTHER F!!! R!!!! no room to correct I slamed on the breaks and managed to hit him at only 5 mph, his damage 4 hrs repair to his bed and new wheel and tire mine..... front bumper assy front header panel assy, left side lights, left fender it bent my frame down and pushed my wheel back, he was like uh oh... your sombody important arnt you? I was like whats your insurance company,. he told me and I was like ok no prob, im an adjuster for your company! HA~! no hard fealing no one was hurt, my car is barely drivable he was cited for being at fault everyone is cool about it , I will keep you guys posted.

edit : I did an estimate on my own car and its $3028 with no fluff, repairable, wich is good cuz its a great car

so you were heading toward the camera, the dude was in the lane that was turning right (from your perspective) and then he pulled back into the travel lane?

ok from the camera I was heading toward myself in that pic, he was on the right side of the rd in a drive and he pulled out some stoped, thats why the skids lead into the left lane I was ovoiding him then he gunned it and thats when I locked it down all the way, if he stayed were he was nothing would have happend, ut oh well, I have since then developed a slight headache and my neck is sore, so I know I got alittle whiplash , but nothing major.
