    Yeah but like you said, the fenders are busted. I guess a true collector would want an original for the frame # but still. For the $200 price it's at now it seems like an ok deal.

    Looks like the frame or front end might be slightly bent. That front wheel is pretty close to that cylinder. You can get blue fenders pretty close to the original honda color, just slightly darker so that isn't really that big of a deal. You can get the repo decals too, which are slightly different than the red ones. What surprises me though thinking of frame numbers is why has no one started a thread listing the frame numbers of their blue atc 70s'? No one really seems to be sure how many there were and a listing of frame numbers might help to shed a little more light on that. But for $200 that isn't that bad of a deal for what it is. People have paid more for bigger piles than that.
