I wouldn't say its valuable. It's just a typical early to mid 80's 3 wheeler, like the Honda ATC 110 or something. I don't know if the KLT 160 had front suspension or not, but it definately doesn't have rear suspension unless some kind of aftermarket kit was installed. KLTs are pretty rare.

Maybe someone else can shed more light on it. There may be info on it on the specs page.

The klt 160 was shaft drive also. Not too bad of looking machines ( black ). I bought a 160 and a 185 3-4 weeks ago.

I just wenty and looked at it today,it is blace, and has a tecate like headlight, and front telescopic forks, unlike some of the tecates had two coil over shocks on the front. Do these machines have reverse? I was kind of thinking they do.

Tecate's never had those "leading link" coil-over-shock front suspension systems. They were only telescopic forks. Only the older KLTs had that suspension up front.

Do you think you'll pick it up?

Funny you should say that Lushalard. You amaze me by saying that seeing as how you don't even know what a tecate is nor did you know about the leading link Kawasaki suspension. I guess you are just pretty hungry right now, and I know how you get when you need to eat.

I can tell you that you yet again made an ass. I say this because no bike in th history of the world has had "Rooms" of any kind. Also let me point out to you that I have yet to have seen a stock green tecate with gold rims stock. Maybe some of the red ones, but I have never seen a green one with gold rims from the factory, as well as many other people probably have not as well.
