quick question for someone here. i cleaned the carb on it today and put it back together and its reving stupid high as soon as it starts. i tried to mess with the idle screw and i tried taking it off to make sure its all back together right and it is but its almost like the slid dosnt go down all the way. i know on these they have the throtle cable on the side that controls it but it seems like its going down as far as it should when you look at it. any feed back?

    Your stealing someones thread!!

Anyhow, sounds like an airleak or a stuck slide. The SX has a 2 piece lever working that slide. I would remove the phillips screw on top of the arm, take out the shaft and oil it, then put it back in.

i finally got it to idle right the cable up top on the throtle was bound up and i adjusted it at the adjuster on the throtle at the top with the screw type adjuster i had it out all yesterday and it champed through everything. bike works great. as for those mudflaps they were on it when i got it i took them off. they looked rediculas in person they didnt look as bad in the pic though.
