carberator problems... yamaha 225DR

Hello,
My carberator leaks from the over flow hose. Could this be that the floats are set to high? But the weird thing is that I can leave it over night and it will only leak like within 12 hours... could this be a neddle valve problem??? Or just the floats?

has to be the floats. mine would do the exact thing. the floats were gummy, and they would stick and let go. i cleaned it up good, and it ran good with no overflow. also, make sure to clean the little vavle up good... but dont use metal against it. finally, bend that little tab that pushes the vavle shut, toward the valve, so it has a slight angle, and so the valve seats before the floats bottom out.
