US90 Tires Found In Good Shape!

So i found a pair of the rear tires off of a 71 US90 the other day at a friends house! They are in really good shape they hold air fine and have no cracks or plugs! Im going to pick them up for $60 today? What do these go for? I was thinking of just holding onto them? He also has a couple front fenders and a gas tank along with a couple headlights and box of rusted parts. The gas tank has a dent in it and both fenders need a little paint! Let me know what you guys/gals think?

thats a good deal, Im looking for a set, dont have to be nice either just half way decent, im not like the big boys here and do 100% restores just like 60% so I can afford the million dollar price tags of some of there stuff they have, I would say what you got is any where from what you paid to $150 or so.

If you can store them in a conditioned environment I'd hang onto them. There only gonna go up in value...

i wonder why one of the tire manufactures dosen't make these tires new again. they must still have the molds. i think they would be a big seller. enough to justify making them. i'd like to get 6 new ones for my attex 6 wheeler. they ride so much better then the standard wheels with 8 inch rims.

I need a set pretty bad. Just bought a us90 3 wheeler and did not realise the tires were hard to find. Now my son is wondering if we will ever get to ride it.

Hope to learn some good info from the site! First 3 wheeler!

I did talk to Ohtsu In Japan about 8 years ago when we did the US90 for Honda collection Hall In Japan MOLD is GONE they do not have it anymore. It would cost over 50,000 to make mold . So the ? is How many could you sell And How Many would you have to buy to get them to make tire?

When you pick up tires Make sure they do NOT have more than 2psi in them . Then see what the size is around them? NOS tires are apox 68 3/4 So if tire is over 70 inch with 2psi Might not be good tire
