    Tell me what you guys think on this 250R???

    Ok so here it goes. A 1985 Honda 250r. It has a short track kit on it. It has a +4 axle. Some flat track style tires. A maier low profile rear fender. It has a couple extra pipes and nic nacs. It runs good all plastic is great condtion with no cracks. Everything is tight! 2nd owner bike. Sounds like it might of been a racer? The owner of it now told me that the original owner did flat track it soooo....with that being said what would be a resonable offer??? Sorry no pics at this time! Let me know? Thanks

    im not a 85-86 250r expert, but if it is really that nice i have scene ones like it go for $1500-2000 or more. so it may have been a racer bike and flat tracked? does it have a flat track kit? if so i would say it is worth $2000-2500+ with the kit. but i am not 100% sure. if its really that nice get it. get pics when you can.

    It does have the full short track kit! I mean its nice, not mint mint but its nice!

    Plus the owner said he has lots and lots of extra parts...this is always a good thing!

    if it has it and is very nice, GET IT deals like this dont come often, and i hear the short track kits are very rare.

    does he know what they go for? maybe try $1200-1500 or so, but its worth what ever your willing to pay and how bad you want it. but i have seen some of them go for big money with the right bidders on ebay.
