seat part for honda 110

I went to replace my seat cover and discovered that the metal frame of the seat (the part the sits below the foam and has the bolts that attach to the rear fenders) is totally rusted out. Where can I get a new metal part or is there an alternative to fixing the seat or does someone sell a whole replacement seat (not cover only) that just bolts in?

Honda only sold it as a complete seat i'm not sure if they are still avalible. the best place would be ebay or a salvage yard.
