what could be causing the trike to tilt to the right even when i'm sitting on level ground?? the frame looks ok. Could it be the bearings on the rear axle?? are they hard to change out?? thanks!!!

could be the rear bearings,A tire could have less air the the other one.You need glasses???What kind of trike is it.Rear bearings arent hard if everything comes apart easy.

the tire pressure is fine, i DO need glasses! i've been putting off going to the doctor for almost a year... my contacts are soooooooooooo overdue... oh well. anyways, i think it might be the bushings, it'll almost sit level, but you can rock it side to side, and it just rocks to the right more than the left, that's why when i sit in it, it just leans to the right.... that's my theory, what do you guys think? oh, and there is play in the shaft bearings, it wiggles a little bit. HELP!!!! thanks
it is a 125M
CAn you get the rear of the bike off the ground? Then you can move the rear end side to side. That will let you know if bearings are bad.
Ok...two things to check real quick...
1) When looking at the trike from the back, do you have BOTH shoes on?
2) When looking at the trike from the rear, do you have your beer goggles on?
SORRY...LOL I just couldn't help myself...

Hate to bring this up, but......... how about a bent axle? After a hard day of riding (and jumping) awhile back I noticed my 200x leaning to one side......... oh, oh. yup, bent axle.... and being an 86 it was a bear to find a decent straight one. Might be worth a check on your 125?...........
if it was a bent axle, wouldn't the trike bounce up and down when riding??? i think i would know if it was bent... thanks though - maybe i am wrong? a bent axle is not that obvious??
If a bent axle is obvious enough to where the trike is leaning, beleive me, you'll notice it when you're riding it.
When you move it side to side is there sort of a clunking noise?
Get someone to stand at the back while you grab one side of the bars and tilt it side to side. The person at the back will be able to tell if it's the hubs moving, or your axle bearings.
nah, the bent axle wasn't all that noticeable while riding maybe beccause our local trails are nothing but rocks, ruts, mud and the occasional log laying across 'em.The only way you could really feel the wobble was on pavement......... something i never go near
.... pulled the trike up to the pickup, threw it in back... thats when i noticed the lean. but anyhoo..... just an idea.

Have any pictures?

i'll have to take some pictures. i was riding around the block today and some old guy told me the thing was leaning! how embarassing!
holy hell, this is hilarious. If it is that bad you might want to get off of it and fix it! It sounds like your bearing is out to me.
