250r air cooled trike and cbx250 bike

Another project that is starting soon, we have an air cooled 250r frame and some running gear as well as a complete honda cbx250 bike so instead of hunting for the unobtainable 250r parts (and having to fix all the gearbox issues with said engine) we are going to take parts from the cbx and put them on the r... like the engine! should make a fairly comfortable trike with good 4 stroke grunt.

Just got some pics of the stuff for this project, As you can see the frame is in pieces, it came from the wreckers like this and part of the frame has been oxy'd off to get the motor out. The bike with the donor engine is very rough too but the motor is in good working order. This project hasnt had much progress but dad is very eager to get this one happening.
