ATC 70 Brake Pads

Where is the best place to get these? The pads on mine separated from the shoe and jammed up inside the drum. Bike Bandit doesn't carry them, where is the cheapest place to find them?

My TRX70 did the same thing over the summer. I don't know if Service Honda was the cheapest, but I figured the shoes were 21 years old and if I put OEM shoes back on they should last another 21. They weren't that expensive if I remember correctly. Less than $30 shipped for the kit with new springs.
