What is the diff. from a twist throttle cable and a thumb throttle cable. I bought a 39mm pwk carb. off of Ebay and he said it had twist throttle cable Ive looked at it and dont see any difference.

Well I think the guy was mistaken because it has the same ends as my thumb throttle. Thanks for reply :-D

Twist usually has longer working cable length (the inside cable) as MrATC said.
