I finally found a 250r and im gettting it. I made a deal with this girl who has a 250r and 250 big red, im tradin her my tri moto for them both. The 250r has no motor , but im sure i could find one, and the big red she said "if you hook a battery up to it it will backfire" and she also said "to tell you the truth i really don't know much about mechanics" so i think it will be an easy fix. The 250 br's have rear suspension right? I dont know what years these things are, but 2 trikes for a tri moto is fine with me

My thinking exactly, and she says the big red is in great shape for the year. Im picking them up this saturday and ill post some pics up when i get em home.

oh yeah, one quick question, the yamaha is hard to start, its got a wiseco piston in it and very high compression, is there anything i can do to make sure it starts when i show it to her? The choke cables gone, i've just been using starting fluid
