size wise the ALT50s are considerably smaller than the ATC70, and weigh about 1/2 as much too.

I had the LT50 when i was little, they are fully automatic. If you pulled out the restrictors in the intake, exhaust and pulled the plug on the muffler it did pretty good for many years. I believe my dad said the 70 was faster, and with the bigger tires did alot better in the sand
