    I have also decided to go with the 177 CC GPX instead of the 160cc.You really can't buy a better motor than this for the money.

    When this trike is dune,I am going to have it dynoed at a atv dealer to see what kind of power it is making.I have read that the motor makes 20 hp.

    he's putting a tiger 500 motor in it i heard
    80s......185 atc, Yamaha tri-moto 200, 85 200x with tons of work
    90s......89 Suzuki quad racer 250 (raced 250 A class for 6 years, late 90s.. custom framed 250x with long travel shocks and a built 350x motor.... built Honda 110
    00s...... chomeoly framed 350 RX with all the goodies (thanks to my bro)
    2012.....Replaced the 350x motor for a 444cc YZ426

    If that motor is any less than 1000$ I can't imagine it would be even close to HONDA reliability......

    Then again, if you never ride it, you'll get allot of years out of that bad Larry

    The 160cc is rated at 12 hp. I did find one site stating that the 160cc with the 177cc kit puts out 20 hp. Thats a mean 17cc's. A little optimistic in my opinion. My 200cc Lifan was rated at 16hp. Nice engine though none the less.

    That motor use a klx cylinder head with roller rockers.This is a stock motor.If you do some porting and go bigger on the cam and intake...watchout!!!!!
