    Here is some progress pics!!!!!

Sandblasted and painted the upper tree to match the fork bodies.

K+N crank case breather installed.I made a custom bracket to hold it in place.

Made aluminum bracket for the carb over flow and breather tube for the carb
Working on the skidplate, still needs some work.

It threads into the head. The cooling fin stops at the bottom of the bolt head..

    Thanks for the compliments!

No. The 110 cylinder will not drop into atc90 engine cases without machining the hole for the cylinder base bigger. An atc90 high compression piston will not drop into an atc110 cylinder, they are different. You have to have a 110 or bigger piston with the 110 cylinder. 124 is about as big as you can get without resleeving the cylinder and around 138 or slightly larger is about as big as you can go with a resleeved cylinder. That's just about the size of a single cb750 piston. If you use a cb750 piston it has to be very modified to work. but, it can work. That's not even counting stroking the 90/110 engine out which involves even more work. But they start getting a little touchy at this point. Also racing gas is a must and alcohol is highly recommended.
