Edog, here's what I have so far on my stroker\ big bore flat tracker. I still need to have my new cases bored for the resleeved cylinder. The exhaust I want to use and have on there now is a straight pipe off another honda bike, but I was contemplating putting a small inline baffle in, but it sort of has an old exhaust baffle in there now. Not near pretty as yours.

Looks pretty good so far, good idea as well, you dont often see much with the 90/110s. Also like that your combining the new and old with the R plastic, thats cool. sorry if you already mentioned this and I missed it, but are you going to stick with the drum brakes or use disk?
    85 Tecate, 2002 Honda 300EX, 83 & 84 250R, a bunch of honda 4 strokes from 90 to 200cc, a klt 110, ytm 200, polaris 250 cyclone, '05 Roketa 125 (cheap chinese pitbike to beat on), '69 Scrambler 6x6, and a 52 John Deere B (hey its a rowcrop narrow front, that counts right? )
Trike Fest 06 and 07 Survivor, hoping to make it to 2010

Are you planning on doing any motor work to it or just keeping it stock?

Wish I had that kind of time on my hands and room. This takes up all my room in my garage.

Funny. Seriously though. Nice job on the build of the 90. I can't wait to see it finished. When do you anticipate it being a roller?

Edog, you need to get an aftermarket frame. Also be really careful about porting. With the 90\110, it doesn't take much to really make the power fall off and most people do more harm than good. If all your really doing is blueprinting the engine, then you should be ok. By blueprinting I mean make sure all the ports line up and all your transitions are smooth. But stay away from the exhaust port cause that's where most people mess up. The smaller exhaust port generally provides enough back pressure to provide pretty good exhaust scavanging but if you open it up too much, which really isn't much at all with a stock carb intake and cam, then it usually results in poorer performance. Unless you reall have a big carb, intake and cam, I wouldn't mess with the exhaust port size. Best you can do stock is just make sure you have a nice high flow filter, a better than stock exhaust, jet the bike right and make sure it has a really good tune up and make sure the valves seat well and it doesn't hurt to have your intake nicely match ported.
