what color does oil burn im hearing blue and other time witch is it.

It looks white with a blue haze and has a distinct smell.

blueish white and black are the only 2 colors you might see coming out of a 4 stroke

it blueish and black it smokes a little at idle then u get into it it turns blackish then when u drive it, it dont smoke but when u let of the throtle it smokes

what type of carb should i run i put the 34 mm it smokes a little less mods port and polished head 10.5 compresion piston k&N filter supertrapp exhouse all disout

its not so much the carb but the jetting, get a variety of sizes and play around with it.

ok i though i got it but the went to start it in about half throutle it backs fire and shots out flames but if i east into it it dont bearly do any thange.

what about ring gap what happens if its to small will tha afect any thange

to small = broken or fast worn out rings

crap cuz mine was a little smaller then what there suposed to be

Just alitlle shouldn't hurt to much.

Double check your cam timing and valve adjustment.

if you have to little of a gap the ring ends will butt into each other and press the ring into the cyl and it will ware FAST.

i did this once too and it only ran right for a day or 2

the ring gap HAS to be with in spec

from your other thread i can tell your bike is smoking because the rings are bad....sounds like you were trying to blame the bike when it sounds like you messed up...lol

the ring end didnt but the ring gao i thank was a .32 and it was suposed to be a 42 -47 not sure any more but the guy att he motorcycle dealer sed it should be fine he sed hes never had to file down a ring from wisco

your measurement is way off....if thats what you did then thats why its smokeing

if the gap is to small when the rings heat up they will expand and then hit and ruin themselves
