200e won't start help

i have fuel to cylinder and plenty of spark but engin won't fire and i can't find my manual. thanks for any help you can give

Sounds like a timing issue.
Maybe download one of Dammit's manuals and try to set it properly.

Thank you 200x i was able to eventualy find my manual my wife put it away for me lol once i called her she knew right where it was. (in a file cabinet)

can timing be adjusted with out timing light?

yes line up the t on the fly wheel with the marker and the dot on the cam gear with the mark on the head cover, the dowel on the cam also is pointing up but to the left.
