    Tri-Z rear shock options

    what are the rear shock options for us Z owners with stock swingarms?

    warrior, banshee (think) or the first year raptors.

    but your best bet is prolly getting the z shock rebuilt and set up for your size/style

    Dont waste your money on rebuilding an old tri z shock. they wont last. (do a search if you dont believe me lol)

    A warrior shock is a direct bolt on.

    i never heard that but ill belevie you since im still some what new to the z's. in that case, get a warrior shock.

    yeah, something about the shaft gets pitted and the new seals wont seal propely. And it wont take long for it to start leaking again.
    Warrior shocks can be found CHEAP on ebay. be patient.. I scored mine for $25 shipped.

    You can have them re-chromed....for about 200$,,,,,Ill be running a Fox set up...

    if you can run a stock warrior shock, i take it you can run a nice new warrior works shock? or maybe fox if they make one...

    I got a new works shock for my z a few years back, set up for my weight and riding style. It was like going from a pogo stick to a recliner. money well spent in my opinion.

    Mine is stock but i am i light rider so i have never had a problem! and whats up nomad where you at in ct?
