Some update info.....
I talked with Mike yesterday and he's sending out my swingarm today. It looks awesome! Mike really does EXCELLENT work!
It'll be nice not scrounging for junk Tecate axles on e-bay looking for a nice one! This one is all 400 EX/450R parts. If you guys need a new swinger for a Tecate, WITH a 400EX carrier, this is the one!

No. What Mike told me, the 400ex axle is a little wider at the bearing housing. So you'll need to use 400ex parts.
