Relocating the shock mount back farther would work.

yeah that one, the way the new shock mount is. i'm thinking about doing that myself later on when this comes together.

Are you looking to do this as a permanent thing or just for the ice ride at Raffa's? If it were temporary I say just torque it down with a rachet strap.
Someone on here made themselves a lowering link.. I think it was syko for his 250r? couldn't the same thing be done to a 350x setup?
