    Took a 200x break...my LT230E

I have been tweaking and playing with my 85 & 86 200x's a lot lately and have left my LT230E in pieces waiting for some parts to come in. I was almost convinced to tear it all down and repaint and redo everything, but I got my parts in Saturday and spent Sunday and this afternoon putting it back together. It's in decent shape to be a rider.....it's bored and cammed with a Supertrap.

I'm not usually a big fan of those, but that one looks allright.
Definitely looks good enough to be a rider.

Well, I went out and rode it in the 1/2" of snow we got this morning. HA! I picked this quad up right after X-Mas, so this was my first ride on it. It's got the 'Trapp, a cam and been bored. I think it will make a decent ride for the wife, she's gone gun shy on the 200x's after she ran over her foot.

It's funny to ride though, it's like an old shaft drive Yamaha Maxim, when you power it it hops like a damn grasshopper, since it's so short wheelbase.

I am going to tear the 230 back down soon and redo some paint stuff like the rear battery stuff,a nd prob put a PRM grab bar on it, and leave the rear rack off. Motor has got to come out for some paint and to put new clutch plates and springs in it.

Anyone know where I can get an online copy of the Suzuki SVC manual for this thing?

nice quad, always loved the style of them, although i would want the q-sport for the manny tranny. still nice to see one in that nice of shape.

The auto tranny in this one, it's an E not an S, is a welcome break from the X's...and it's cammed, jetted, piped and bored so it keeps you busy enough just trying to hang on.....need to call the Moshman's at Cosmic Quads and do a gripper seat. I slide all over the place on it.

Okay so I just got out of the shower and after giving it some thought, I appologize for coming across so harsh with that last post. I am not a kid, I rode all these machines when they were new,and this post was to share that I have found a 21 year old, not common machine that was in decent shape, not the fact that I am trying to pass it off as a Quadsport-which I am not. At this point any machines that have made it this far in decent shape are proud survivors, and I again appologize for jumping your schit.

So I am not going to turn this into a keyboard UFC match. It's my bike I like it, and I'll go ride it today.
