VXL Rustler
I have bought a VXL rustler. It was a blast but after a month it decided to crap out. Does anyone know how to work on the speed control. It constantly blinks and does nothing. I am pretty sure it is my problem. Does anyone have a used one lying around for cheap?

I wish you'd have asked me earlier. I just sold all my R/C car stuff, I had 2 speed controls you coulda had.
Not much you can do with an ESC if it goes bad. They're like 30 bucks new, go get a cheap Rooster or something.

It has the brushless setup. The cheapest speed control i could find was over a $100. I only use it to screw with joggers and chase the nieghbors dog. So i really dont want to spend alot.

My friend has a Stampede with a 5 turn motor in it. He shreds spur gears on a minutely basis
