well.......i need a chrome headpipe, and to clean it up a bit, but i have one for the running!
In person, those dents in the tank do not look anywhere near as horrible as the camera makes them seem. the cam just catches the light ring around them and brings them out like a sore d!k in a whorehouse.

see, in this pic you cant even tell its dented, and this side is almost as bad as the other.

I particularly like that little sticker

as for motor work, check the sig

in fact, its not even together...the top end is out getting ported, and oddly, i have NO PIX of it completely assembled

You know, they used to, or still do, sell this big ass powered suction cup, you can probably pop it on there and pop the tank back to shape. Suction cup dent pullers is what they're called . http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/w...70_11997_11997
We used to have one before it dry-rotted, it works really well.

I am very partial to my 84 Fooler. It will run with a stock H20 R. I like the way it turned out. was a great MX'er for the 07 season!

It is an ESR kicker, BUT it wasn't a direct bolt on. I took a 86R Knuckle i guess you'd call it (where the kicker attaches to the shaft) and cut off the opening for the shaft. the i cut the pivot off the 83R knuckle and welded the splined part from the 83 on the 86 pivot to use a TRX kicker (the kick shaft is bigger around on the 85-89 R's)

I can try and get some better pix if you want.....just PM me, I'll probably forget i posted here
