its running ok it think its overheating it won't idle when it's hot and it gets so hot when i i hit the kill switch it just makes it bog down like it wants to keep going. do the 86's have a thermostate i cant find one on mine? the only thing i need is a back bracket n it'll be all there

so i think i figured out how to fix my problem easy fix but expensive, race fuel i think c14 might do the trick

They did not come with a thermostat. Have you contacted any previous owners? Might help out big time. Even an add on kijiji.

What do you mean its ok. If you have 250psi that is alot. Everything done to my wheeler has been done by me. What about using 2 head gaskets? Isnt race fuel expensive?

Well the Myra Run went mint this year except for I was not on my Tecate. Sold the 250R on friday. Met up with some 3 wheelers there.

2 250sx's a big red, 350x and a mint 1985 Atc 250r.
