Maritimers where you at?

Well I am thinking of dates. When would be the best time to have this? Just a day ride or a weekend? Who is comming and what are they driving. If you do not have a trike that does not mean you cannot show up. We can even go riding in the area where the big forest fire was. 2 kilometers wide and 15 kilometers long. The only thing that is holding me back from this event is my piston that still is not in.

i think a weekend would be best the best area would be an area with everything like hillclimbing,dragging and bogging

When should we have it? Winter would be the best time but I would rather have it in the summer /fall.

fall would be bad for me as i have school but honestly i'm not picky anytime is prolly a good time just need some notice befour it happens so i can arrange stuff

Will people be pitching tents or bring trailers? We might be able to gear up car pooling to get more people involved.

Well from your pics, if I can make it, I'm parking my 19.5 ft trailer by the river in your yard if thats ok. lol.

There is lots of places to rest. Hell you can sleep in the trailer if you don't mind sleeping with kawasaki junk.lol I have a guy with a big red frame with a can am 2 stroke 250 engine. He wants to race. More and more people are finding out about this.

There are no atv parks around. I have an area about 30 kilometers of rail bed "abanded" that will lead down to the ocean. But some road driving will be needed. A nice small beach with a nice hillclimb right on the ocean. Also Robert and Ian from three fathom harbor have a farm that might get turned into a track for the racers, as long as its ok to them. This run will go by our small mall with a super store, liquor store, tim hortons. I would like to get the bikes out in the open at least one time to "bring a crowd" sorta speak.
Here is some funny pics of our gravel pit "off the rail bed". The portopoddy was being pushed by the 4x4s. The pics only show about 1/4 of the pit.
I want to know the name of the cutie in the first pic right of the ytm 3 wheeler.

That looks like an awesome pit to get something on the go in for sure. You are allow to ride the rail beds there are you? I know here in Newfoundland we are allowed on the old tracks.

Well the "tracks" as we call them we cut up out side of halifax. They are suspose to be dual purpose for the trans canada trail.
Here is the area where I hope to have this.Home is where I live and north east of me where the purple dot is is where the tracks are a walking trail now.
The other purplr dot is Porters Lake And about an inch above that is the gravel pit above. We can go to almost the purple dot on the bottom of pic. That part irequires road driving.

Update!
Finally found a business that will get my piston and head gasket to me. My Tecate should be running this weekend. So any weekend now should be ok.

If you know where to go you should not have a problem. You can always put it in the back of a truck and take it there too. Finally got my buddy to come to my place for a group photo to help find more racers and other trikes.



We went on a drive to the alps pit. The same place as the pics befor. You never know what the pit will be like.
