    Wink CONVERTED quad'r now a TRIKER!

    a good Freind of mine, who has ridden with us many times, has made a switch after seeing how much fun we have on our trikes he traded his worn out honda 250 recon/sport trax for a 1984 atc 250r, the quad needed work and was worn out, and the trike needs work and is worn out, but it has some shinny new plastics and is all there except the brake system and a headlight setup. All and all it was a good trade, me and him went to DreadHEds house yesturday to pick up the trike along with some Pc'ed goodies and dropped off some goodies to be pc'ed as well

    I will be starting a complete teardown of this machine later this week, so in about 2 months a new air fooler will arise from south ga!


    its all stock and its going to stay that way for a while, as this is his first 2 stroke and first trike! (dont want to be killin my homies ya know?)

    Without seeing the quad seems like a fantastic trade...... great starting point for a groundup Syko... looks like the tank took a direct hit though, will you be able to repair it? .... keep the pics coming.

    yea the quad was worn out, it was a 02 recon 250 with sport trax plastic (same frame and engine) to make it look "sporty" the shocks were shot, the motor was starting to smoke (and it was taken care of) and just plain was no fun, even my little cousins liked there moto 4 80 better then that thing. The cosmetics on this 250R are no worry, I have done worse tanks allready, pluss I got a couple trike related parts needing to get done within the next two weeks for members here so I will have time to work on this at the same time. It will be a custom trike just like how I build my other ones, no original here! most likely wont even run a headlight on it at all, just a number plate, also is anyone interested in the new front fender off this? trade for a 85-86 fender? hit me up, its brand spanking new!

    well I took a good bit of the R apart tonight, got a box of parts to be blasted before I ship them for PC, gotta clean up and order a few things for the chassis, and bassicly just clean and repaint the motor on this machine and shes ready for a ride in a month or two.
