i heard a few good things about them, but i dout you will get 10 years out of any big bore, no offence but big bore bikes usually dont get putted around and with the extra stress of a the motor work and getting ridden hard............................

I almost beat a 430x with my 400ex when it was basically stock! Also there is no way to stuff a 400ex motor in a 250r frame. It's not even close! Even if you cut the belly and the upper engine mount out of the frame to stuff the EX engine in there making an intake system work is nearly impossible. You'd have to cut the backbone out of the frame too and that doesn't leave you with much frame left............
