I have a friend that im doing the brakes on his kids 84 or 85 tri zinger 60 and im having trouble with the bell type part.It is the smooth part and i cant get it with vice grips and was wondering if it spins backwards or if their is a trick in doing it.
Im just a racing redneck.

Are you talking about the brake drum? If I remember right, there is only a nut on the axle holding it on.
