my 86 Tecate at sand lake riding pics and video (another video added)

i took out my tecate yesterday for the first time to sand lake. it was running awsome, i was suprised how fast it was for being a stock motor. i beat my two friends yfz450s. one was stock and the other had bolt ons. im deffinately glad i had the 6 over swing arm on, it would still sky the front when i launched at the bottom of the hills. here are some pics of my bike and my two buddys 310r and 330r.
here is the video link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0z5Oh8aqH-I
this other video is of my tecate before the sand trip testing it in my driveway http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duybY_qohLE

For sure, sweet wheelie. That place looks so nice. How big is it? Can't believe they still allow riding up to the waters edge. I love it.

That tecate of yours went together pretty fast. Very nice.. Whats all been done to it, or is it mostly stock? How about your freinds R's.. Did you see how good you could hang with them?

there are a few hills the steepest ones are in the tree shoots. the tecate is mostly stock with an aftermarket silencer, 39mm flatslide carb and a k&n filter. I was beating the 310 but it wasnt running right and was cutting out on top end. and i never raced the 330 4mill esr cylinder, but i thik he should beat me lol and i was beating both the yz450s that came with us.

sand lake has about 12 sqaure miles to ride on, there are some major hills there but florence is way better in size and hills... one thing that is cool about is the beach line, there is a speed limit but nobody inforces it....

yeah i agree that florence is way better but its alot farther to drive for me so my day trips are at sand lake for testing and tuning.

yeah it was a really nice day for riding but the sand was a little wet and hard which made it pretty rough in most places.
