    Thumbs up My new left crankcase for my Z

    i received yesterday my new left side crankcase for my Z, mine have been damaged by a chain break...and it's in bad shape!!!But still working.
    Next winter maybe or this summer i will remplace it by the new one.
    it's fun to repaired trike with new parts.

    Gotta love brand new parts for these old machines. I think the cylinder and the clutch cover is the only parts that are discontued?

    Nope Chris, you can get a cover to your door for around $115.

    The left side crankcase are still availaible, but not the right side, and yes, the clutch cover still availaible too. It take about 2 week to come to me, i live in Canada and i was order it in the USA

    the cylinder and the cylinder head are discontinued too, i think!!

    Hmm, I was under the impression that the clutch covers were discontinued. Owell,, I wont be needing one anytime soon. lol

    What that case cost ya?

    Most of the 6 speed parts are gone. I tried a few years back to get new gears for a bike. No way. I think just a few were availiable then. Sent it down to Murdock Racing in Fl, and had the the box backcut. As long as you dont have any broken or chipped gears, they can fix most any trans. Plus quicker and more positive shifts than straight cast dogs from the factory.
