From one swimmer to another, you gotta use tranny fluid to clean water out of the motor.

After this little swim, I drained the oil and water spooge out of my 350. I put in 1 quart of oil and one quart of automatic transmission fluid. tranny fluid absorbs water. Idled the trike until it was warm, the drained the oil/tranny fluid cocktail out, changed the filter, filled it back up with oil and was good to go.

My trike was in there about 30 min because my brother was in the lake too, and we got his out first.

Well, it was the 350X that went swimming. Once it's little brother heard about it, he was pissed off and said "Why can't I go swimming!!!" so I said "be patient grasshoppa, all good things come to those that wait"

On a side note, I got the 200X running about 85% Saturday

This ported head is drawing the 104 octane race gas something fierce and on a 200CC thumper too!! I'm at a 30 pilot and a 270 main and I think it's got even more to go

I can't believe how lean I had this jetted at Trikefest, what a shame - imagine all the 350X's I could have smoked

Next 2nd generation 200X motor is gonna be a 4 or 6 mil stroker, just gotta do my homework

Haha I remember that pic of it upside down in the water. lol I had that happen to a 350x in salt water. It was in there for 8 hours. Almost went out to sea. But his did not run all that well after that. Great story.
