Some quick ATC 110 questions, Answer quick!

    Hi,
I know I'll probably get harassed etc. but what oil should I put in my 83 110 and where is the drain bolt for the oil etc.? Also my muffler is half missing, I will probably weld it, but What should I do until then, it'll just be real loud right?

Just read up on the pdf manual, Why does it say it takes SAE certified 20w-40 or 20w-50 just wondering? and do they still make that? What's the difference?
    Thanks,
