How to remove Z water pump seal?

Man I am stumped! I have been tinkering with this thing for a couple hours. Whats the easiest and simplest way to remove this sucker? Any help would be mucho appreciated

lol.. stick a screw driver in between the two seals in the center and work it around in a circle..prying down...little lube around the outside.. there tough..even I fight them

I'd find a crap screw driver and use a grinder to give it an egde, that worked real easily...

becarefull installing the new one. they go in tight and i screwed up my first one i installed.

yes you are correct .. make shure you lube the hole and the seal.. find a socket the perfectly fits on the hole .. and use that to tap it In.. dont hit it hard or you will knock the spring off the lip inside the seal.. then your all done ..I have spent 5 hours trying to get that spring back on the lip ..and I'm gonna tell you this .. its impossible!
