This polaris is driving me crazy!!!! Rebuilt carb still acting weird. It is spitting fuel out the carb where the filter box hooks up. It is very eratic. Will not idle at any stage. I am about ready to set it on fire. Can anybody help?

Clean your carb with a couple cans of carb cleaner and a air compressor. Remove every jet and clean them all. Your not supposed to but pull a wire from a wire brush and make sure everything is perfectly clean and you can blow through every port in the carb.
Get a carb diagram from bikebandit.com and make sure you have removed everything. Get it perfectly clean and it will run good.
