    Lightbulb Motor tear down of the honda 250 sx

    Alright I tore down the motor. I figured I would post some pics of it for you guys. Its pretty clean inside. I ordered a manual a few days ago and its pretty extensive, I like the way it explains everything to the t. I will post more pis once I get the new gas tank and plastics.

    So what was wrong with 4th & 5th gear? Have you figured it out yet?

    For future reference, I usually zip tie around any related gears and thrust washers so I don't mix them up or there order. Sometimes there are numerous washers the same inside diameter that have a larger OD or are thicker and it's really important that they go in the right place.

    Glad to hear the manual is on the way, if you get lost just throw up a new post!!
